Video Available: “Map Act” Arguments Heard at Supreme Court

Department of Transportation, a critical property rights case in which the Court must decide whether the state’s use of the Map Act constitutes a taking requiring just compensation under the North Carolina and United States Constitutions.

Video of the arguments is now available via WRAL. You can also read our joint amicus brief submitted with the Pacific Legal Foundation, in which we argued in favor of the plaintiffs and against the State.
